- Standard 45-50 minute session: $110
- 90 minute extended session: $135
- 30 minute session: $65

ASSESSMENTS
- Initial Intake/Mental Health Assessment: $135
- Alcohol & Drug Assessment (Basic): $110
- Alcohol & Drug Assessment (SASSI-4 + Report): $150

OTHER
- Court Letters, Disability Determinations, and other Treatment Summaries/Reports: $110
- Court Appearance/Participation (by subpoena): $110 per hour
- Participation in outside meetings (CFTMs, IEP/504 Plans, etc.): See session timeframes/pricing
